Shop Baby Shower

Shop baby number 2 is making an appearance next month and the shop girls spoiled me with the sweetest shower last week to celebrate! Emily ran with my love for all things Rifle Paper Co. and they put together the cutest setup. The colors worked so well in our space!

The tables were set with the Garden Party party supplies, mixed with other fun colors and patterns. You can click the Set the Party mock-up above to shop! Emily made the paper place mats under the table settings for a fun pop of color. Cutting them out in organic shapes is a fun way to add some style and color to your table. The flowers, she purchased at Trader Joe's and arranged herself - so gorgeous! Food wise, there was a delicious fruit and waffle spread. Caroline (owner of Avery & Grey) made the cutest macaroons - she's good at bows and macs! It wouldn't be a LOC party without some pretty cupcakes from September Moon Cupcakery. Her floral creations are always my fav! Let's just say the couple that were left, got quickly snagged by guests to take home - so good.

Of course our backdrop was filled with gorgeous balloons! She added gold hoops with pink fringe as an extra touch. I was so excited my mom gifted me with the beautiful Dream pillow from the Rifle Paper Co. collection I want for the nursery and it was a cute addition to the setup.

It was such a fun evening and I felt so blessed by everyone coming together to celebrate our upcoming arrival! My team spoiled us. It was also fun to have Elizabeth there to help celebrate, as well as my mom and cousin who happened to be in town. We are getting things ready, and now have a great start on the needed baby essentials (and cute things!). I promise details on nursery will be shared! It's just been a process and we had to do some not fun things first - the next couple of weeks start the pretty parts.

Thank you again to everyone that came to celebrate! Loved my gorgeous shower and can't wait to bring baby girl to the shop to meet everyone who already loves her.

Lots of Love,

Peter Rabbit Baby Shower

Last week, our little shop team got together to celebrate balloon girl, Taylar, and her upcoming baby boy arrival. With Easter coming soon, we decided to have fun with the classic theme of Peter Rabbit. Such a fun one! Our Creative Director, Emily, put together a beautiful setup to celebrate the occasion. Sharing all the fun details and pictures...

With the Easter and spring season upon us, we got in so many cute Peter Rabbit party supplies. Playing with ideas, we ended up with the above table settings - love that you can mix the die cut Peter Rabbits with the pattern of all his friends. We mixed them with these solid blue dinner plates that remind me of china, a personal favorite. The blue dried flower confetti was the perfect table covering accent. I mocked up the table for you to shop and play with on Set the Party - added a couple of the other options and think the surprise carrots would be such a fun touch if you are using for your Easter table. I also think the egg hunt signs are adorable for your yard. Shop all of our fun Easter party supplies here.

Shop favorite, September Moon Cupcakery, made adorable cupcakes for the shower - love the little bunnies on them! Everyone was so excited to eat them, we didn't get a lot of pictures unfortunately, but take that as a recommendation that they taste amazing! None were leftover except the one I nicely didn't eat, so that I could take home to share with my September Moon Cupcake addict three year old haha!

The main setup revolved around the beautiful mother of the group. We moved over our teal couch from the other room and Emily added some blue balloons that coordinated with the Peter Rabbit supplies. Florals were purchased from Trader Joe's and arranged in vases we own. We gifted her with a shop favorite, the Poppie Rocking Horse (reach out if you would like us to special order for you!), as well as some baby essentials. We kept it small and simple, but I think the impact of everything was beautiful!

We are so excited for Taylar and her family! Shop baby boy coming soon - he's going to mix things up around here. With that being said, Taylar is taking a step back to get into the groove of two children and taking care of baby. Emily is now the go to for balloon inquiries and questions. So grateful for our amazing team, not all are pictured here as it was a come and go, but I couldn't have these shops without them!

Rifle Paper Baby Shower

A couple of months ago my friend, Hailey, and I threw a baby shower for mama to be, Rachel. Her nursery was Rifle Paper Co. inspired, so we went all out Rifle Paper with her shower, which I of course loved doing! It was hosted in our 3202 white wall space, so we let the tableware and seating area be the pops of color. Celebrating a friends baby is always a special occasion and we wanted it to be fun for her!

Invitations were designed in house. We started doing more of our own invitations and I was excited to work on these. To give it an extra touch, I lined the enveloped with Rifle Paper wrapping paper from the shop.

This garden party table was planned using our Set the Party table planning feature. Rachel's favorite color is navy, so I mixed in these new china inspired dinner plates we carry. They are classic and elegant, which was a good anchor piece to the busy floral patterns. I wanted to share this setup this week because it's great Mother's Day inspiration, especially since a lot of us will be spending it at home. You can easily click the link above to shop this table or recreate your own!

Desserts were ordered from my go to ladies Sweet Sugarlicious  and September Moon Cupcakery (make sure to check out her wonderful new website!). Flower cookie & cupcake designs are always a favorite!

Fun balloons were a must for the shower, and I wanted it to have a floral vibe. With help from event coordinator, Emily, we created a garland inspired by the Garden Party collection we used on the tables. I loved the lemons mixed in and balloon daisies are always a fun touch. For the food area, we covered the wall in white balloon daisies to give the shower a whimsical touch.

One of the party guests planned a shower game that involved mini escape room like boxes. She had special codes based on different baby items. Inside the boxes were prizes for the new mom-to-be. It was cute and simple, plus fun for the guests to work together.

It was a fun afternoon celebrating Rachel and baby Claire (who recently arrived and is beyond adorable!). This theme works well for many occasions, baby showers to wedding showers and garden parties. During this time, use it to brighten up occasions at home like celebrating your mom this weekend, backyard dinners and at home birthday parties.

Hope this setup brightened your day!
